Brief parent report due to fear of retaliation of school district. Parent now home schools child.
June through November of 2006
Young boy with autism, provided no aide in a classroom of 26 students, was frequently locked in a seclusion room. No functional behavioral assessment was completed. The school ignored all written reports from physicians (specialists at a children's hospital) and a psychologist. He was left in the room where he often removed his clothing and urinated on himself as he panicked.

It's nonsensical to justify the use of abuse. It's common sense to prevent it.
