Missouri School Children Placed in Padded Seclusion Rooms

Troubling allegations are surfacing about local school officials forcing children with disabilities into padded seclusion rooms.

Attorneys with Missouri Protection and Advocacy Services allege children in the Francis Howell School District were repeatedly placed in these rooms and left unsupervised.

Missouri Protection and Advocacy Services is a federally funded statewide nonprofit disability rights law firm. Its mandate is to protect the human and legal rights of individuals with disabilities
