Parents Needed to Share Stories About the Inappropriate Use of Seclusion & Restraint - Legislation limiting the use of seclusion and restraint in Minnesota schools is expected to be introduced this week. More information is available on the fact sheet found at www.arcmn.org/FactsSeclusion.doc . Parents are encouraged to contact their legislators to educate them about the importance of this bill.
